About Us

Employers, colleges and trade schools are telling us the current graduates are not prepared for the challenges they face today.

It is natural for parents to want to help their kids get the best grades and get into the best schools. The current trends parents have adopted though are problematic.

As a result, far too many young adults are simply lost when making decisions when away from their parents. The results are:

1 in 5 college graduates bring a parent on their job interview.

Employers report that graduates are unprepared for the workforce.

Nearly half of today's employers have had to fire a recent college graduate.

Our goal is to help parents, from conception through elementary school, prepare their children for the rigors and challenges they will face in adulthood.
